Chrome may show a banner about developer-mode extensions — that is normal for the early zip version and goes away once the store version ships.

Early version 0.1.1, October 27, 2026. Requires Chrome/Chromium 116+ or Firefox 140+. It does not update itself: download a new version here and follow the instructions below. Store publication is in preparation — from there, updates will install automatically.

    Unzip the archiveUnzip the download into a folder you will keep — the browser loads the extension from it.

    Turn on developer modeOpen chrome://extensions (Edge: edge://extensions, Yandex Browser: browser://extensions, Opera: opera://extensions) and switch on “Developer mode”.

    Load the unpacked extensionClick “Load unpacked” and pick the folder from step 1. Pin the Chatsavo icon to the toolbar.

    Open ChatGPT or ClaudeThe Chatsavo panel appears on the left. Create a folder and drag a chat into it. 7 days of Pro are already on.
